Veils of Ink
Posted on: November 6, 2024
If that veil is to come down,
what will you do?
Will you rage upon it,
like a torrent of water?
a deluge that consumes
and destroys
Will you run, spear in hand
blood boiling, face fierce?
eyes wide and wild
tongue and teeth feigning no fear
Will you freeze a moment
as you stare coldly, banking a memory?
witnessing
what once separated you was you
Will you weep
tears of mercy and compassion
for the chaos and the pain?
it once veiled beauty and magic
would you do it again?
Then melting, merging
surrendering
a little death becomes you
beyond the veil no form can remorse
Resurrected in awe, surging
coursing through your veins
magma mounting in magnitude
bursting in golden fluorescence in flames
No thing can contain you
as deafening silence bemuses
inviting
you sink beneath the inky velvet rapture
Darkness consumes
and you see infinitely
endless night’s dream
Until a visceral veil greets you
sweet passion and pain
you begin again
Remember. React. Remorse. Rebirth. Reform.

Poetic Musings for
15° ♏︎ Fixed Water Scorpio
Samhain
A peaking point that invites us to venture beyond the veils.
Consciousness merges beyond form, time and space. Deep Waters hold us.
Endless Love.
Black and Gold.
Humbled by Kali, Lilith, Pele, the Cailleach and the great archetypes that uphold this essence.
Looking forward to gathering for a Samhain fire ceremony this evening – join us, as you sit in candle light or around your blazing hearth – gaze at the flickering flame and:
Remember the Great Deluges of our existence, the sacred water of those who have lived before us.
Honour the memory living through us today, choosing to imbue consciousness with Love and Might and
Dream for the Great Empowerment of our destiny and the fertile land that our children will sow from the Love we allow to flow.
When the veils fall – what will you do?
