The Birth after Amnesia
Written on 18.07.2026
Long before something materialises, something begins to stir beneath the surface. A feeling. An anticipation. As the legend tells, Atlantis fell in consciousness or in frequency long before it sank beneath the Ocean.
Myth or truth, this time carries a similar vein. It feels as though consciousness is undergoing a profound awakening, that humanity is experiencing a reimagining.
There is a deep embodied remembering awaiting.
The key phrase here is embodied.
Is it any wonder that Chiron in Taurus lines the base of this basket?!
You are not separate from this. Your body is the key. Holding all of these miraculous patterns and designs in motion.
The conversations surrounding this time are impossible to ignore. Artificial intelligence and singularity. From climate extremes to solar flares and peak cycles. Disclosure and Ancient Civilisation’s revelation, (the blockbuster movies are mirroring this too). The usual financial uncertainty and political instability. As well as the upcoming Eclipse Season.
Every corner of culture appears to be waiting for an extraordinary event, as if the anticipation is preceding the closing of one chapter and the quiet arrival of another.
Yet I keep feeling called to witness.
Are we looking in the wrong direction?
Perhaps the thing we are waiting for is not arriving outside ourselves, but from within.

At the beginning of this Fire Horse Year, I mentioned in the 2026 Astrology Overview that July would be a month to watch. The dynamics are beautiful and sitting so close to the August Eclipse Season, they offer an extra reminder to remain present.
The Fire Horse Year is an easy one to gallop away with, chasing the latest buzz and frenzy. All the outer planets have now shifted signs, the eager energy is chomping at the bit.
Yet this year is asking us to be in relationship with the Spirit of the Fire Horse, to become the rider that feels the heartbeat of running with wild freedom while remaining calmly on the saddle, watching the road unfold ahead.
There is a call for trust, for total coherence in what you are choosing to mount, embody and run with.
The Basket

What is most fascinating about this July is the remarkable configuration of the three outer planets: Neptune, Uranus and Pluto all rest at 4º of Aries, Gemini and Aquarius respectively.
A fourth and fifth point are added: Jupiter opposes Pluto at 4º Leo, while the Moon will oppose Neptune at 4º Libra, completing a rare aspect pattern called the Cradle or Basket, with the Moon forming a handle on the basket.
This is most notably being called the Barbault’s Basket, from the great work of French astrologer André Barbault, who devoted much of his work to observing the long patterns and rhythms of the outer planets.
When these slower moving planets gathered in conjunctions or close clusters, such as the 2020 Saturn Pluto, or Saturn Jupiter later that year, or the current Aries grouping surrounding the Saturn Neptune conjunction in in February, Barbault regarded them as pressure points, moments that often coincided with periods of crisis, restructuring and disruption.
But this current Basket, this is an expansion not a cluster. It is the flow of expansion following a great conjunction. More like the exhale after the inhale, the release after compression. A quiet “watch this space”.
Preparation before what was seeded materialises.

So we can reflect, what is being imbued into these times? How are we responding to the simultaneous dissolution of one way and materialisation of the other? We are the bridges, or more so, the consciousness embodied is.
If you are keen to align this with your own chart, look for planets and angels in the first decan, 10 degrees, of any sign. Or more specifically at 3º to 7º, that sits very close to the exact points of 4º and 6º.
Neptune, Uranus, Pluto
The three outer planets maintain this harmonic: Pluto trine Uranus and both sextile Neptune until mid 2028. Trines and Sextiles are considered a flowing aspect, bringing harmony and opportunity. So, this is not a once off day experience, this is a new living pattern being remembered in our cells, in our lived expressions through our bodies and with the clarity of our minds. One we gently tend to while letting the heavier work of these times shift too.

In 2026, the 4º harmonic is highlighted with Jupiter (and other inner planets including the Moon and Sun) making connections to the opposing points further tuning the resonance of the transpersonal calling. These signatures bring it into our more lived experience, the daily rhythms.
In 2027 another basket forms at 6º, this time with Ceres in Leo conjunct the Moon. This progressive shift in consciousness asks for our continual attunement with life’s creative clock.
2020 ᐧ 2026 ᐧ 2032
The broader cycle that I am watching is only halfway through its beautiful unfolding.
2020 – Saturn conjunct Pluto
2026 – Saturn conjunct Neptune
2032 – Saturn conjunct Uranus
This is a simplified way to understand these planets and their dance.
Saturn gives consciousness a body.
Neptune reminds consciousness it is infinite.
Uranus awakens consciousness to new possibility.
Pluto evolves consciousness through transformation.

Saturn – is dense reality, the limits of physical perception, the sacred architecture of time, our commitment to embodied existence, the traditional boundaries of embodiment – the bones, teeth and skin are the structures that allow spirit to inhabit form. Saturn is our time shown in our aging, maturity and our wisdom that only experience can cultivate. Through Saturn we become present enough to embody eternity within the finite. and
Neptune – is the great ocean of consciousness from which all things emerge and into which all return. It dissolves separation, softens identity and reminds us that consciousness extends far beyond the boundaries of the individual. Neptune plays through our dreams and imagination, myth, compassion and transcendence. At its highest octave it restores a remembrance of unity. At its lower frequency it morphs with illusion, escapism and forgetting. Neptune asks whether we can surrender and have faith without disappearing.
Uranus – is a liberating spark of consciousness, the jolt of awakening, revelation and sudden remembrance that life need not remain confined to inherited patterns. Uranus fractures what has become rigid, exciting freedom through authenticity rather than just rebellion for its own sake. Governing innovation, awareness as the electric pulse of evolution, continually reminding us that creation is unfinished and consciousness is always seeking a wider horizon.
Pluto – is that evolutionary cataclysmic force that refuses stagnation. Governing death and rebirth, it is the hidden force of design beneath appearances. Pluto strips away what has outlived its purpose, exposing the deeper truth concealed beneath power, fear and attachment. It is the keeper of the underworld, not as punishment but as initiation. Through surrender with Pluto we discover that transformation is not annihilation, but the recovery of what has always been essential.
Observing through this lens, the cycle of 2020, 2026, 2032 cycle becomes a magnificent wonder. The Saturn Pluto conjunction in Capricorn in 2020 marked the beginning, the death and rebirth of our matrix. The structures through which we have understood material reality began to fracture and reorganise.
Then Saturn Neptune conjunction at 0º Aries this year 2026, to me this feels like the unveiling of the bones of memory. This is where we are now. Not a time for complacency, or escape, but a time to remember. A refined honing of the self in relationship with memory, allowing spirit to become embodied rather than merely imagined or hoped for.
By 2032 Saturn reaches its third major conjunction, this time with Uranus. Remarkably, this conjunction aligns with Polaris, the North Pole star, while opposing the Galactic Centre, the mysterious heart of our own galaxy. Our axis or orientation and the black hole around which everything turns.
By then, perhaps we will feel more primed to plug into a higher voltage, or frequency of consciousness. A time to embody it and ground it not only in an awakened mind, but in bone, in matter and in time itself.
Not an escape from the matrix, but a necessary recalibration to its liberated and intended original design.
The Eclipses
New Moon Solar Eclipse 20º Leo 12th August 2026
Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 4º Pisces 28th August 2026

I am drawing parallels with the upcoming Eclipses and Atlantis. There is a resonance to the memory of consciousness of this story. Whether Atlantis was a historical civilisation or a philosophical allegory, the narrative lives in our minds and imaginations, so therefore carries weight in how we remember its script in parallel to today. What would we choose if replaying this narrative in current time?
Atlantis, alongside its glory, is also a symbol of forgotten wisdom linking with Neptune and Saturn in Aries. Of submerged sovereign knowledge tethers this script with Pluto in Aquarius and Jupiter in Leo. Of something magnificent lying beneath the surface seeking freedom, drawing connections to Uranus in Gemini.
This resonates because we recognise the submerged within ourselves. Consciousness is vast, yet we only get fragments of it for our recollection.
What if Atlantis is not only a place on Earth?
What if it also describes an inner landscape awaiting revival?
What if what is to be activated this summer is not a rising of land but an ancient remembrance returned?

With so many beautiful techniques supporting consciousness in its wonderful recall, it is no wonder we dream of something outside of ourselves returning us to a sense of home and belonging.
Yet it is of the body, and within the body, that this remembering must become aligned. This is the signature of Saturn and Neptune. And the Basket is asking for what we, together, as a collective, are now capable of holding.
It is not a time to become more spiritual and less anchored, it is asking if transcendence can become practical. To remember through the body, for spirit to become flesh.
The caveat is that remembrance is rarely a comfortable thing. Before we can truly remember ourselves as individual expressions of a vast consciousness, we often experience a dismantling of everything that allowed us to forget.
This is the birth after amnesia.
The labour pains have only just begun. Old identities are softening. Let them. Inherited beliefs lose their certainty. The stories defined us no longer fit. Not only that, there is the deluge of grief to fathom and integrate, and nostalgia to recalibrate, confusion to wrestle with. The veils that once protected us begin to fall away and for a time we stand without familiar reference points. Perhaps this is often why these years can feel simultaneously exhausting and exhilarating.
It is not just our world that is changing but the lens that witnesses this existence itself. The structures of amnesia are becoming visible and we are each asked how will we respond, react, create and embody this new perspective.

Beyond Disclosure
Beyond the stirs of disclosure, technological advancements, political declarations and other systems fraying at the seams, I wonder if the deeper revelations are much quieter and less dramatic, yet infinitely more sovereign, more empowering?
Plato’s Allegory of the Cave comes to mind here: Are we still seeking with eyes that have not yet adapted to the light beyond the cave?
Plato’s Allegory of the Cave is a fundamental narrative to humanity’s journey in life. The prisoners in the cave have grown too accustomed to the shadows on the wall. The shadows were never the problem. The problem was the believing that they were the whole story.
When one prisoner leaves the cave, the daylight is not immediately liberating. It is painful. His eyes must slowly adapt to a reality they have never known. Everything he once considered true begins to dissolve. When he returns to share what he witnessed, he is longer easily understood. Those still imprisoned in the cave cannot yet recognise what lies beyond it.
Perhaps this is what remembrance feels like.
Not the acquisition of new knowledge but the gradual adaptation to a greater reality. The dismantling of familiar narratives and adapting to the discomfort of allowing perception to expand beyond the shadows we once mistook for truth.
So, perhaps this disclosure is not something that happens to us but a gradual adjustment to a greater light of consciousness. Not an escape from the cave but the courage to allow our eyes to adapt.
What if disclosure is consciousness revealing itself to itself?
Not through spectacle but coherence.
There is a remembrance of belonging that exists deeper than our individual identities, the spark that has never been separate from the one true flame. There is an expansion meeting that transformative tension that spurs evolution onward linking with Jupiter opposite Pluto.
This week there is a momentary alignment that touches the human psyche and reminds us of the much greater relationship we ensoul as collective consciousness, when the Moon opposes Neptune on the 19th July.
Then the Sun opposes Pluto on the 27th July, taking up the place of Jupiter in the Basket formation. The annual portal of consciousness deepens. The void opens. The invitation is not emptiness, but capacity. Welcome and hold what it always intended to embrace and inhabit.
May this Basket hold this great architecture of remembering now.

How?
By listening.
Pray without performance or stigma.
Create with beauty.
Learn to disagree without hatred.
Honour the Earth without needing ownership of it.
Learn with technology without surrendering your humanity.
Become present.
Perhaps this time is not just asking for you to see through the narrative you have clung to, but to stop seeking beyond yourself and awaken to what you can already remember. In dream, in meditation, in stillness, and in presence.
Remember what you hold, what you already are.
The skies reveal the code of the seasons of consciousness, yet it is through our bodies that consciousness gets to flower and bloom.
Remember that you have never been separate from this.
The conditions are simply ripe now for the smoke and mirrors to fall away, allowing the original creative consciousness to emerge, liberated and brought to coherence again.
