All is Love 🤍

You are loved.
Each and every person here is loved.
You may not see it that way or feel that it is the way it should be, but this often comes from attachment to who should love you or how you believe you should be loved.
Letting that be
– you begin to release binds to false hope, assumptions and expectations –
and open your heart to feel the love that is already present, softening your edges to being loved.

You are loving.
Each and every person here is loving.
You may judge another for their capacity to love, or not recognise another’s efforts as loving in your eyes.
Letting that be
– you begin to release interpretations, neediness and the quiet shame –
easing a wound that hardens your mind and misdirects your heart away from being loving.

You are Love.
Each and every person is love. Yes, in the purest sense. All love. And that is the greatest truth.
Hiding in plain sight.
All is love.
Only our corrupted perception or compounded wounds veil this truth.
Only the self-inflicted ignorance and habit of condemning oneself hinder our ability to recognise that all is love. That you are love. That we are all love.
Only the insecurity and fear of this being truth draw forth criticism and varied coping mechanisms of ridicule, doubt and dissection.
The more we cling to these conditions, the more we separate ourselves from a simple, loving truth.
Finding temporary comfort in a perpetuating cynicism and even hatred
– occasionally dressed as self-righteousness or hierarchy –
to bolster a sense of safety or belonging.
So, next time you pause to greet someone, to exchange with another, to face your inner child or wounded self in the mirror
…remember first:
you are loved,
you are loving
and you are Love.
abundant blessings,
🤍🕊️
